Description of the
öFix FMO Road ST-BO is a 100 % natives All-in-1 high-performance cleaning concentrate especially for the Wet post-cleaning process by means of a cleaning vehicle. It is used for mechanical Oil spill removal & traffic area cleaning both as Pre-cleaner as well as Additional cleaning concentrate used. The cleaning concentrate can be used up to a minimum concentration of up to to 0.5 % effective and therefore extremely efficient and cost-effective to use. Our liquid oil binding agent FMO Strasse ST-BO dissolves all types of oil. synthetic, mineral, animal & vegetable hydrocarbon-based soiling such as Diesel, fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil or cooking oils. Even aqueous adhesive and dye residues are efficiently dissolved.
Deep-seated contamination in oven-porous asphalt
are easily removed thanks to the excellent creeping properties. For the application No high temperatures (max. 40-50 degrees Celsius) or extreme mechanical loads (using high pressure or high-speed rotating brushes), which protects the structure of the traffic areas.

application
öFix FMO road ST-BO is used in the Wet post-cleaning process oil spills.
PRE-TREATMENT (optional for extreme traces of oil)
Spray the oil stain with the cleaning mixture before machine treatment and leave to act for 1 - 15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the oil stain).
OIL TRACE REMOVAL (additive)
Dilute öFix FMO Strasse ST-BO between 0.5 - 3 % concentration with water, depending on the thickness of the oil spill, and fill the cleaning vehicle. Drive off the oil spill with the cleaning vehicle.
The absorbed mixture of oil residues, water and the cleaning concentrate can be disposed of in accordance with the applicable disposal regulations or via oil separators. Minimal residual quantities that are not absorbed will decompose naturally after treatment.

FMO Strasse ST-BO effectively removes all oil and grease contamination. This includes all mineral, synthetic, vegetable or animal hydrocarbons such as fuel (petrol, diesel, etc.), hydraulic oil, lubricating grease, gear oil, oil traces, oil films, oil and grease film, chain grease, crude oil, etc.
In addition, water-soluble impurities such as paints, adhesives or similar can be dissolved.
FMO Strasse ST-BO was developed for mechanical traffic surface cleaning by vehicle or machine using the scrub-suction method or the high-pressure vacuum method.
It can be used on all traffic surfaces, especially porous asphalt. Typical areas of application are paved, asphalted or concreted roads and motorways; industrial sites, driveways, petrol stations or similar areas are also suitable for application.
