Description of the
Dissolves oil and grease deposits based on mineral, animal, vegetable and synthetic hydrocarbons from pipework, pipelines, sewers, tanks, buildings and much more.
Main advantages
All-In-1 High Performance Cleaning Concentrate for dissolving all oil and grease deposits in open or closed systems. The concentrate can be used flexibly both as a manual cleaner and as a cleaning concentrate for the automated removal of oil deposits, e.g. in pipework.
The formulation is based on 100 % native active ingredients and contains no hazardous substances, making it safe to use and safe to handle.

application
Depending on the type and thickness of the oil deposits and depending on the cleaning method, dilute between 1 - 10 % with water.
Pour the cleaning mixture into the closed system or pipework and rinse until the deposits have been completely removed. For mechanical cleaning work (e.g. pigging), add öFix FMO Deposit as an additive. In case of heavy foaming, inhibit foaming with öFix ADD Antifoam. After use, dispose of the dirty water via an oil separator if necessary.

FMO Deposition effectively dissolves all oil and grease deposits. This includes all mineral, synthetic, vegetable or animal hydrocarbons such as fuel (petrol, diesel, etc.), hydraulic oil, lubricating grease, gear oil, oil traces, oil films, oil and grease film, chain grease, crude oil, etc. In addition, water-soluble contaminants such as paints, adhesives or similar can be removed.
FMO deposition is applied manually or mechanically in closed or open systems such as pipes, pipelines, heating circuits, collecting trays, collecting basins, etc.
